Non Disclousure Agreement

This Non-Disclosure Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of [Date], by and between Tamimi Digital, a digital marketing agency (referred to as “Disclosing Party”), and [Recipient’s Name], (referred to as “Receiving Party”).

Confidential Information

Obligations of Receiving Party

Exceptions

Is in the possession of the Receiving Party without restriction in relation to disclosure before the date of receipt from the Disclosing Party; or
Is independently developed by the Receiving Party without reference to or reliance upon the Confidential Information.

Duration of Confidentiality Obligations

The Receiving Party’s duty to maintain the confidentiality of the Confidential Information remains in effect for a period of [Specify Duration, e.g., two (2) years] from the date of disclosure of such information.

Return or Destruction of Confidential Information

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Disclosing Party is located.

Entire Agreement

This Agreement contains the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all previous and contemporaneous agreements, whether oral or written, regarding its subject matter.
